We offer group classes, private lessons and more in Pole - Aerials - Movement.
Pole classes
Begin: This is our beginners-level pole technique class where you will learn fundamental pole moves, like spins, climbs, holds and more. This level will prepare you to get the strength needed to be able to hold yourself in the pole off the floor, and get you ready for some inverts on the floor and in the pole. No previous experience is needed to join this class.
Between: This is an intermediate-level pole technique class, where you will learn to safely invert. You will improve your spins, learn how to combine moves, and learn new challenging holds, spins and climbs. This class is perfect for those who are returning to pole dancing after a long break as we will work towards building up strength and grip endurance.
Begin/Between: this is a mixed level pole technique class where you will learn the foundation of pole dancing, welcome to beginners and improvers.
Between/Beyond: This is our intermediate- to-advanced-level pole technique class, where you will improve your techniques by learning more challenging holds, spins and climbs. In these classes you will regularly invert, learn different entry- and exit strategies for various holds/poses, and work on transitions in the pole, improving your strength and stamina. To attend this class you should be able to properly invert and have a decent outside/inside leg hang.
Beyond: This is our advanced-level pole technique class in which even more challenging techniques are taught. Also, there will be more focus on flow, power and combinations of the known techniques, making it a bedazzling art of sport.
BeFlow: The ultimate class that combines spins, simple, close-to-the-floor pole moves and floor-work tricks, working towards finesse and fluency. This class will help you becoming more confident in moving and flowing around the pole. If you are new to pole contact us to see if this class is suitable for you.
Aerial classes
BeSilky: This is our aerial silks class in which you learn to climb, hang, roll and perform drops in the silks. The classes are designed to improve your strength and flexibility, making the acrobatic tricks in the air look graceful and fun. We have two different classes, BeSilky-fundamentals (for beginners & improvers) and a BeSilky-Plus (for improvers and beyond).
BeHoopy: This is a mixed-level aerial hoop class in which you learn to mount, hang, and perform rolls and transitions in the aerial hoop (aka Lyra). The classes are designed to improve your strength and flexibility, making the acrobatic tricks and rolls in the air even more fun.
Becalm: In this class we combine yoga poses and aerial-silks techniques (like rolls and wraps) by using an aerial sling or hammock made of fabric. The sling supports either the legs, hips and/or shoulders while performing stretches, poses and rolls. This is a fun and challenging class which allows you to safely hang upside down and stretch out the spine and muscles. After attending this class you will feel energised and relaxed at the same time. Everybody will have their own hammock/sling.
Movement classes
Aerial-Fit: This conditioning class is for anybody who wants to improve their functional strength and mobility. It is specifically designed to get you fitter and stronger for any of the aerial disciplines as several different aerial apparatus and props will be used to strengthen the core, arms, shoulders and legs. The set up of this class will often be in a small circuit which could be done alone or together with a partner. With even the most challenging exercises broken down and simplified accordingly, this class is suitable for all levels.
Bendy: This class is aimed to improve your flexibility and mobility with a particular focus on the problem areas of shoulders, hips and legs. Individual guidance and the use of props (like belt, stick and blocks) will help you to adjust the exercise to your level and to keep a correct body position throughout the exercise. Different stretching methods are used which will not only lengthening but also strengthening the muscles needed to increase the range of movement more effectively. Whether you want to work on your splits, overhead mobility, or whether you just want to improve your general flexibility/body posture, this class is suitable for all levels.
BeXploring: A fun and playful class in which we explore movement. We will look at animal movements and locomotion, we use and combine movement techniques known from dance, martial arts, gymnastics and acrobatics. This class helps to improve your balance, body-awareness, flexibility and strength, and is suitable for all levels. This class is perfect for those who love to move and explore movement in a playful manner.

BeYourself: We run open-training sessions where you can practice your learned skills in any of the aerial disciplines (pole or aerials, to be indicated beforehand). These sessions are supervised, but your training will be on you.
Bespoke: We offer private lessons on a 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 basis. Whether you want to focus on something specific or improve a particular technique, in our private lessons you will get the full 100% attention and support of the instructor. You can choose from any of the disciplines taught in our regular group classes, but we could help you even with other circus/aerial/movement skills.
